Before there was Christianity and the Celtic world became dominated by men, Scotland was under the full influence of a most powerful female Goddess who was responsible for the creation of the Celtic World as well as the weather. You may know her only as "The Hag" but the Cailleach is so so much more than that! So buckle up your buskins, strap on your mutch, gather your staff and hammer and delve into the OG Goddess of Scotland!!

And no, we are NOT late! as you will find out, you've all been dressing up and dooking for apples on the WRONG DAY!!
This week, we discuss the serious topic of Samhain in Scotland, and as usual we are a laughing, ridiculous mess! Come hang out with us as Lucy schools Karen in all things Samhain. From how to say that gosh darn word to how it relates to All Hallows Eve, Halloween, All Saints Day and even Guy Fawkes night. We talk about some of the more traditional pagan rituals that took place and you will need to keep listening if you want to find out how your shoe can help you find your true love, and whether he will be tall, short or rich or even DIRTY depending on what piece of kale you pull out of your local kale patch.
